“ YESSSSSSS! Finally I find a healthier option and what a cute spot! Theres more sugar and crap food in this town than I have ever seen in one place! Soooo much fast food and soda shops (whats with these? Weird! Sippin, Sodalicious etc..with dinner plate sized cookies???. Utah loves its sugar!!) I've never seen anything like it! Coming from California where healthy restaurants are on every corner and grilled food is the preference...I was totally lost here...Until I found GINGER'S! Oh my gosh...saved my life! Their thai lettuce wraps are DIVINE! I came back 3 times while I was here...also enjoyed an amazingly fresh natural salad...I will definately be back!!! “ One of my new favorite study spots. The staff is so lovely every time I come. If you want to feel like you stepped into a relaxing cafe from the 90's just come here!! The building is beautifully preserved from when it was first built and that is always a plus for me. Every food item I've ordered is divine. (Veggie wrap, lentil soup, falafel bowl, turkey sandwich, curry soup, etc) They even do a half and half menu option where you can get two items instead of a full! LOVE this and allows me to try more things. Lots of charging spots and reliable Wi-Fi. And always such a good music. I love the crystal shop upstairs and herb store In the back. Don't make a mistake and skip out on this gem. ”

“ My wife wanted something healthier, not fried, and an alternative to the usual soup/sandwich places. We found Ginger's nearby in downtown Springville. The restaurant was very clean and quaint, with a local guitarist playing live music. The sandwiches were very fresh and healthy. The sandwich bread seemed to be homemade, and the turkey slices along with the avocado, tomatoes, lettuce were delicious. I had the butternut squash soup, and the flavor was perfect. The service was excellent, from the cashier to the waitress. The tables were cleaned promptly. The ambiance is unique and one to experience. ”
